Plans are currently underway to hold a Golf Outing on either the 2nd or 3rd weekend in August.  We hope to raise money for small local missions and to support St. Paul's Recreational Ministries.  The course we are looking at is Gambler's Ridge in Ocean County, (near Great Adventure). 

Our hope is to raise money for the Course fees through Corporate Sponsorship.  If we can get enough local businesses to sponsor the holes, it will lessen the golfer's fees and make donations to the cause easier to manage. 

If you have a foursome which wishes to sponsor a hole, we will glady encourage this.  The goal is to reach $3,500.00 to cover the greens fees, awards. and BBQ  Any monies collected above this will go to the fundraising effort.

We will need scorekeepers, judges, caddies, etc. So, plan on inviting your family along as they can become our help.

We could use a graduated sponsorship method.  ex:  50(personal/listed in program)  100(placard on tee/green-listed in program)   200(placard w/ business card slot on tee/green, listed in program)

I believe Gambler's Ridge offers hats,t-shirts, etc as prizes  and we are looking at picking up small trophies for event winners.  Any help with individual event awarding, etc will be appreciated.

After the outing, we plan to host a steak BBQ back at St. Paul's picnic grove area.
