PURPOSE STATEMENT - UNITED METHODIST MEN

  • GROW - Help each man grow in his knowledge of Christ and assist him in leading of life that is an example to others..
  • SERVE- as men we will serve the Lord in our homes, in His church, and then into the world with the gifts the Lord has bestowed on each of us..
  • PRAISE - encourage each man to participate in praise and worship. As men we will be an example through our regular attendance and worship, beginning in our home and church..
  • SHARE - help each man to share his testimony and share the good news of Jesus Christ.

After several weeks of prayerful consideration, these purpose statements, based on the Word of God are established as the guiding principles for the United Methodist Men's Fellowship at St. Paul's. Each man is joyfully invited to take part in this fellowship and so grow closer in their walk with Christ. Study scripture for the breakfast fellowship will be announced the week before so we can be prepared to better grow in the Lord, and discuss what we've learned by our individual study. We start promptly at 8 am every 3rd Saturday with a working breakfast leaving greater time to study His word. We look forward to seeing you! Any questions or prayer needs please contact Steve B. or Bob S.
